VEGA HOLSTER USA ® products are fully warrantied to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to VEGA® Warranty Claims, 10400 W State Road 84 # 102 Davie FL, 33324 All shipping must be pre-paid and insured. VEGA HOLSTER USA® cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. All products accepted for evaluation or repair must be clean. Additional charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary. The customer must declare in written form to Vega Holster USA, the presence of the defect and the product must be returned with prior factory authorization to Vega Holster USA facility. Returned products won’t be accepted without previously agreement with Vega Holster USA

Warranty won’t cover:

- Damages caused by misuse or careless use

- Damages caused by non-fulfillment of Vega Holster USA “General Rules” instructions about use, care and maintenance of the products

- Damages to a product caused by modifications or changes made by the customer or third party

- Damages due to wear and tear There’s no warranty for returns about colors, sizes and dimensions correspondence.
